Vegas Baby...

A couple weeks ago we went to Las Vegas to get away for a while. It was great! We went to Phantom of the Opera and Blue Man Group. We also ate like pigs (which wasn't good for either of our diets). It was so fun to relax and get away. I was able to show Andrew some of the strip and we got killer deals on airfaire and hotel.

Work Out Update...

So I am half way done with this competition and I am not making the drastic changes that I am wanting and it is all because of diet!!! It kills me every time, because I love sugar and I love fat. Those don't work well with losing weight. Anyways I have lost about seven pounds and two percent body fat. I will keep trying to do better, but school keeps me really busy. Andrew is doing well. He has lost 20 pounds since December and he is at nine percent body fat right now. He looks great. Good job hun! I cannot wait for spring break...we are going to VEGAS!!! I will fill you in when we get back. I am just so excited to have a little break, because I feel like I will go crazy if I don't get away from Pocatello.

School and Stress...

In case you all wonder why I drop off the face of the planet, its because of school. It keeps me so busy. Midterms for us are right around the corner and so I will in the library a lot. Right now I am doing a Golds Gym "12 Week Challenge" to get some incentive to get back in shape. Last semester that all kind of went down hill. I am doing well on working out five days a week, but still need to work on the diet. That is the hardest part for me. I just love sweets too much and I am going into dental hygiene. Go figure. Anyways, I hope that everyone is doing well and Happy future St. Patricks Day!!!

PS...Good News...

My little sister Candice is pregnant! Wow. I just found out today. Congrats to them, I am so excited for them. Its is crazy but not surprising that she beat me to the punch. Love you sis!

My Sweetheart...

Ok, so I got this idea from Nicole's blog, so thanks Nicole. I just thought that is was important to let all of you know (as well as my husband) why I love him.

Back to School Again...

Well I am back into school and this semester is going to be interesting. Hopefully I make it through without any new medical conditions like ulcers or cancer. Ha ha. I am not kidding though. School is stressful, especially the worry of having to recruit our own patients. So, if anyone would like their teeth cleaned, please let me know. Life is good though. I have a great husband who I couldn't live without and I am hopefully going to start going to the gym regularly as long as my grades don't suffer. I am just so thankful for the gospel in my life. I would go crazy without it.
